Fisk says

Robert Fisk: What I see in Lebanon each day is an outrage

European politicians have talked about Israel's "disproportionate" response to Wednesday's capture of its soldiers. They are wrong. How can there be any excuse for the 73 dead Lebanese civilians blown apart these past three days?

I looked it up and one dead Israeli equals 36.3 dead Arabs. It's in the Torah I think. But only the Likud edition. You know, the one Ariel Sharon wrote the preface to back in 1982.

I expect that will be rewritten now - one dead Israeli equals a complete national group - ie Palestinians

anon, do you have something substantive to criticize about Fisk or his opinions, or is name-calling pretty much all you have?

Fair comment kvatch. I don't agree with everything Fisk says, but he is always a good source, and I think I had said enough on my limited knowledge.

But the palestinians are NOT a national people....they have no homeland that is rightfully theirs.

Well said anon. They have had their nation stolen from them, so now they can morally be declared stateless.
It is good to see a moronic statement expressed so eloquently.
