incompetent ain't the half of it

The latest national survey by the Pew Research Center finds that President Bush's support among the American people has fallen to 33%. Even more devastatingly, the survey finds that people's most frequently used one-word description of President Bush is "incompetent."

From: National survey shows President Bush may be witnessing the collapse of his presidency

Incompetent he might well be, but that would appear to be the more engaging and less destructive aspect of this president.

The Bush agenda has failed miserably, doubtless for the supposed benefactors but more especially the people of the US and beyond. I don’t suggest for one moment that ‘the people’ were ever considered among the potential benefactors.

The article also points out: …the principle that "you are with us or against us," Bush's administration is all of one mind.

Well America, how many times are you going to fall for that empty call before you cry out – “We are against you!”

Kennedy’s dumb, rhetorical inauguration challenge – “ask not what your country can do for you…” seems like high falutin philosophy compared to the base self serving Bush model.
