Well what do you expect from a country that is putting in place laws that allow the executive to create law without consulting parliament?
And respond to PoP... Blair is nothing if not the consumate opportunist. John Birch could have come to power in the US and Blair would still have snuggled up to him.
PoP I think deep down he is annoyed that the voters don't simply accept his dalliance with the shrub as valid.
